Cryotherapy and Bath Soaks are not included in Spa Days and Spa Reservations due to timing/prep and interfering with other services. Cryotub chiller requires time to chill, so appointments made too soon to the time of booking may need to be rescheduled.
FOR YOUR SAFETY All new clients must fill out a New Client Intake form and Policy/Security Agreement form prior to receiving therapy. All existing clients must fill out a Client Intake form to ensure all health data is updated and personal information is correct. This is because some of our services are not recommended for people with certain conditions. You may fill out the forms online prior to your appointment. Please make sure you click on the appropriate form (review your booking info first to see which form to use, and make sure you select the right massage therapist), or you can fill them out in person. Tub for baths and cryotherapy mfr safety settings recommend 330lbs weight limit.
FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE Our 3 Massage/Facial treatment rooms are equipped with dehumidifiers, fans, dimmable lighting, and waterless essential oil diffusers for your ultimate relaxation experience. Our massages come with optional heated table pads, a heated weighted abdomen blanket, and a heated lightly-scented lavender eye pillow. We diffuse a mixture of vanilla and lemon throughout our spa and in our 3 attended therapy rooms. Let us know if you'd like us to turn it off.
