Relax and unwind to smooth sounds on one of our heated (optional) and grounded massage tables. This massage is tailored to our client's needs. Let us know your desired pressure and techniques. We will do our best to match our client's desired pressure and oil usage. We can tailor the routine to your wishes, or do our usual head-to-toe routine. This massage is especially for the wintery blues! Do you wish you could get more sunshine in the winter time, but it's just too cold or dreary out? We designed this massage to do our best to provide what our clients bodies need to potentially increase essential Vitamin D levels. Your session will include a light therapy lamp, which emits frequencies to not burn the skin, but to allow our bodies to increase Vitamin D levels. These lamps are also medical grade. Please note: This massage is not vegan, and comes with an allergy warning. The oil recipe we use was formulated in-house by our very own LMBT/owner. We mix one of our base oils-usually Sacred Earth Massage Oil-and mix in Cod Liver Oil (formulated for topical use), and Emu oil (for topical use). Cod liver oil benefits and uses: This oil is extremely high in natural Vitamin D. When applied to the skin, it also helps promote cell turnover, alleviates skin conditions, and is high in other essential vitamins as well. Emu oil benefits and uses: This oil has some surprising anti-inflammatory topical benefits and has been found to be especially great for arthritis. It's a great analgesic for topical pain relief, anesthetic to limit pain sensitivity, itch relief, antioxidant, enhances the absorption of other topical products, is naturally high in vitamin A, D and K2. Emu oil is commonly used in beauty regiments for hair and skin care. Both are natural oils which are extremely high in nutrients, Vitamin D, or other vitamins and minerals which help to enhance healthy Vitamin D levels. Both oils are formulated for topical use and are excellent moisturizers for the cold and dry season. This oil combination has been tested and does not smell. However, if you prefer to add essential oils to yours, that is complimentary with this massage. If you have any concerns about your Vitamin D levels, please consult with your doctor first.
