SALT SESSION Salt therapy is unbelievably simple. Just sit back and relax, that's it! Enjoy our beautiful display of salt lights, play on your phone (phone must stay on "silence" only), take a nap, listen to relaxing tunes (or your own earbuds or headphones), and just breathe while our salt therapy device does all the work. Absorption occurs via breathing and skin. COMPLIMENTARY (unless otherwise requested): - Heated Foot Soak Clients may also choose a prepared warm salt foot bath with many options in addition to the Salt Room Therapy. - Heated PEMF Mat Imagine relaxing in our salt room to smooth tunes (optional foot soak!) and now also enjoying our heated PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) mat! This mat combines 5 therapies-in-1, which are: Heated Stone Therapy uses heated stones like Jade, which is naturally composed of iron, calcium, and magnesium. FAR Infrared Therapy-Far infrared rays are emitted by the stones when heated, which may have some beneficial effects. Magnesium, which makes up 40% of Jade, gives off far-infrared heat. Negative Ion Therapy-Negative ions may help remove harmful positive ions, potentially reducing the number of airborne toxins you are exposed to daily. Photon Light Therapy-this mat uses lights that emit red photon light on the body, which may have some benefits.
