We are a family-operated wellness spa right here in Gates County! We opened our doors October 5, 2024 with a vision to offer massage therapy, sauna, red light therapy, salt therapy, Opus SoundBed, float therapy, a retail area, and an exclusive client-only sitting area featuring complimentary healthy snacks and refreshments.

We are very proud to open our doors to our community and neighbors! We live right here in Gates County. The road that brought our family here includes various industries and work such as military, DoD, construction, tending to elderly, road work, cleaning, retail, food-related work, and more. This opportunity has allowed us to work together to budget, design, and give this space the facelift it needed to open for business. We are a hard-working, family-owned business dedicated to serving families just like us!

 

We also take pride in using the cleanest, most natural oils, lotions, products, and even cleaners that we use and carry at Cloud9 Spa. We utilize hypoallergenic and unscented items and cleaners to ensure the safety and comfort of all of our clients. All of the tools that cannot be washed in a washing machine get disinfected and sanitized via cleaning wipes or solution, and then get placed in our sanitizing UV cabinet.

 

Our salt float tank also gets cleaned via a constant filtration process with UV light, is cycled 2-3 times at minimum between appointments, and is cleaned and inspected between each client. 35% hydrogen peroxide is also used for maintaining the float tank and filter system. The water is also tested, as well.

Cloud9 Spa abides by every law and regulation set forth for Massage Therapy and Massage Therapists by the State of North Carolina. We take our clients comfort and safety very seriously. We will always adjust to our clients level of comfort within legal reason, and promise to uphold the highest standards and God-given morals. Our table and oil will each be warmed and ready for clients prior to their visit, unless otherwise requested.​
