MEET OUR THERAPISTS

Elizabeth, or Liz, our owner & LMBT, is a resident of Eure, North Carolina. She is a God-centered, happily married Mother of 3 who enjoys the outdoors, country life, and working hard. She is originally from Norfolk, Virginia, but has called Illinois and Maine home as well.

She is a graduate of Cayce/Reilly School of Massage Therapy. She is passionate about the benefits of bodywork, and is excited to share her knowledge with her community. She takes her roles as a therapist very seriously and strives to provide a comforting space and session for each client.

 

She is also the creator and operator of this website, apps and all social media pages, as well as most printed media materials. She is also the designer behind the spa's facelift, and worked with her husband, friends and companies to help with the changes. In other words, this is her heart and soul!

Prior to seeking a career in bodywork, she has experience in the United States Navy, DoD, and various other work experiences.

​

She also has firsthand experience with the benefits of massage therapy assisting with her own nerve pain, digestion, and even TMJ pain.
