Gift cards, promo codes, referral codes, loyalty discount, oh my! There's so many discounts, but how to redeem what is rightfully yours? š§ We will help you unravel this gloomy, Autumn mystery, right in time for Halloween. AND, for those of you who are stressed and have gift cards to redeem, this one is especially for you!

First, let's chat about where to find the codes. The codes sometimes get sent to other folders. Try checking them all, like "spam", "other", "all mail", or "promotions". For us we have seen them in all the above-listed inboxes. If you simply can't find yours, just let us know, and we can help find yours. We might need a little bit of info, but we will locate it for you!
If you want to refer someone, you must log in to your profile, where you can send unique links to whoever you would like to refer. Referral and loyalty points are automatically given on the website if done correctly. You can then redeem your points for a discount to use to save on your next booking.

Confused as to where to put the codes? We get it! Each booking system is different, and when you're used to one, any other variation can be frustrating. With our system, you can enter a promo/coupon/discount code at the beginning of booking or at the last step of checkout. To enter a gift card code, that is done at checkout - the last step. Some of our clients think their codes don't work because it has to be entered at the last step.

It's asking you for your card info, still? While we don't ask for a deposit, it may still ask for a card on file. This is the way the system does it and is unfortunately out of our hands. We will not charge your card if your gift card covers it all. As a reminder, we do not have access to your card info, and you will only be charged if you are fully aware beforehand. We do not have any surprise charges that will catch you off guard.

But, why do I need to enter my info at all? I just want to book! We understand. The website may ask you to log in. This is for your benefit so you can accumulate loyalty and referral points to redeem as discounts, and so your info is saved so you don't have to enter it every booking. Having your information is helpful in case we need to reach you about your appointment. Rest assured, we will never sell your information to a third party.
