Not sure what massage to choose? We get it! Here is a mini guide to help you decide:
TIMING -
We have sessions spanning from 30 minutes to 2 hours. Shorter sessions are great for small areas of concern, like your foot, calve, arm, neck, etc.
The longer the session, the more we can incorporate into the massage. 1.5 hour massages typically include both upper and lower body (head, neck, shoulders, arms including hands, back, glutes if needed, legs while face up and down, and feet).
COMPLIMENTARY - offered for all massages
Enjoy: Sound Therapy via our sound tables, small heated weighted blanket perfect for covering the abdomen while face up, satin eye mask, aromatherapy while face down, hydration gloves and socks.
We also don't charge extra for any type of oil, lotion, or cream that we use.
If available, an infrared lamp to use on targeted areas for a short period of time.
PRESSURE - no charge
Let us know your pressure preferences: Light (Swedish), Medium (Therapeutic/Both), Heavy (Deep Tissue/Sports), and whether or not you like stretching. We will do our best to match your request. Just let us know on the form, and we will check in with you during your session as well. We do not charge extra for pressure or stretching.
SESSION TYPE - make sure you book the right massage
If you don't want anything extra, just massage, then go for a basic massage.
If you're pregnant, currently battling cancer, seeking a mini facial, halo, hot stone, cupping, lymphatic, body scrub, or acupressure with ear seed, we have special tabs to select before booking a massage. Specific sessions like mini facials may take away from massage time. Not every therapist does every massage type.
So, it all really depends on what and when you're looking for, and what you can afford.
If you'd like to learn more about each type, please visit our booking menu and scroll through the menu tabs to see what all we offer. There, you can read about each session we offer.
You can also visit our blog and search for the topic you'd like to learn more about, and read more there.
