Service Description
Service is for one client only and must be used same-day; otherwise client forfeits services not used. This is not a reservation. If you wish to remove a therapy, we can extend others. Our showerhead contains a filter that infuses the water with vitamins A, C, and E. We have hypoallergenic unscented shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Showering before float is not negotiable. Please note that we may have to schedule this at a later time to ensure all services are available. Excludes Cryo & Bath. Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please call us within 24 hours of your appointment time, otherwise you risk a $25 no-show or cancellation fee to be applied and paid in full to your account prior to your next booking. This ensures our reserved time slots will be compensated for our time. Cloud9 Spa will always work with our clients, so let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
