This 15 minute session is perfect for someone who wants to "try it out", but also please understand that the longer the session, the better the potential benefits. Most clients choose 45-60 minute sessions. Cloud9 Spa is proud to offer our community relaxation like no other - float therapy! ABOUT THE TANK Our float tank is designed specially for float therapy, and includes an inflatable pillow to help keep your head above water. It is designed to be used with both the cover on, and without the cover on. The constant 95 degree water used in our float tank has a high salinity content (approx. 500 lbs), causing you to remain buoyant during your session. POTENTIAL BENEFITS Some benefits people have reported with float therapy are: better sleep, relaxed mood, pain reduction, and much more. FOR CLIENTS We provide reusable ear plugs, if needed. Clients agree to rinsing off prior to their session. We have a shower room for our clients to use, and we have allotted 10 minutes for clients to rinse off prior to their session so they do not lose time. Clients are also free to shower following their float session. CLEANLINESS OF THE TANK This tank also comes with an advanced filtration system which includes an integrated UV light to sterilize the water from any potential harmful bacteria and viruses, and a 10 micron filter which is checked and changed regularly. The filter runs constantly, when sessions are not in use. We also thoroughly clean out float tank following every session, and monitor pH levels. As required by law, a minimum of 3 complete filtration cycles will occur between each client. Our system also uses 35% hydrogen peroxide for maintenance.
