LIGHT

I prefer lighter touch, smooth maneuvers, and no intense work. I may have tense muscles in some places, but they really don't bother me. I just need to relax.

You are a fabulous candidate for Swedish Massage! This massage is focused on pure relaxation.

MEDIUM

I like medium/deeper pressure. I don't mind if you do some more intentional, deeper work where it's needed. I am also okay with just relaxing when no work is needed, too.

You might like a Therapeutic Massage! It is essentially a combination of Swedish, Deep Tissue and other release methods such as myofascial release, trigger point, etc.

I just want deeper pressure and more intentional work through the whole session. My body needs it!

You would definitely like a Deep Tissue Massage! This is for folks who have tight muscles, are athletic, or just need deeper pressure and intentional work the entire appointment.
